Ad-hoc consulting

We offer ad hoc advisory services for hourly-based remuneration. The first high-level meeting is free.
Project-based assignment
For assignments involving analysis, calculations, and deliverables (such as feasibility studies or risk analysis), we work with a fixed budget.
For transaction-based projects (M&A transactions, fundraising, etc.), we charge a retainer fee for structuring and preparation, which is deducted from the transaction's success fee.
Long-term assignment
Do you have a more structural need but don't have the budget to hire a new staff member? Are you looking to improve your approach or develop a new vision?
For this type of assignment, we offer operational and strategic support for medium and long-term assignments (4+ months) at daily rates, depending on the duration and complexity of the assignment.
